be still my hearttttttt. i always love the desert, but i think i love the desert more when lauren are troy are involved. they are the easiest people to photograph—even in hurricane-force winds. there was sand everywhere (mouth, eyes, nose…super fun) but they didn’t let it get in the way of these photos and honestly, i fuck with the messy hair heavy. i love these images and these people so much.
